The people of Yemen need our help!
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيم
We have started this fundraising page in order to support our brothers and sisters in Yemen who desperately need our help.
As the crisis continues, there are 24 million people – thats 80% of the population! – who need humanitarian aid and protection.
Tens of thousands of people have been killed or injured since the conflict has escalated & many more have died from diseases which were caused by starvation, all of which could’ve been prevented!
Around 360,000 children are suffering from severe acute malnutrition, fighting for their lives every day. Up to 3.3 million people have been forced to leave their homes due to the continued conflict in the towns and cities.
These are just a few statistics SubhanAllah, sadly the list goes on & on.
As an Ummah it is our duty to help our brothers and sisters who are suffering globally. We should not turn a blind eye to their pain but we should engage ourselves in helping them with whatever means we have at our disposal.
Anas (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, “No one of you becomes a true believer until he likes for his brother what he likes for himself”.
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].
Surely, you will hate to be in their situation, so my brother and sister we must do what we can to help them.
Allhamdulillah to do this, you can donate as much as you can (even £1!) & provide the people of Yemen with…
Vital Food Parcels that have the necessities for a full family to survive for one whole month!
Clean Water that is much needed in the country with the recent outbreak of cholera
Blankets, to help the families fight the cold, be a source of warmth and comfort in dire situation.
Imagine one Du’a they make for you, it could possibly be the deed which earns you Jannah Tul Firdous InShaaAllah!
Please find it in your heart to offer them your help, when the finger feels pain the whole body is affected. We are ONE UMMAH! It is our duty to share their pain, needs & burdens.
