Yunus’s “10K Fundraiser” for The Bread Project

£555 of £1,000 raised

Dear donor,

On Sunday 27th October I will be running in the Love Luton 10K. I am especially motivated because my love of running will benefit a worthy cause. All of what I raise will go directly to the Crisis Aid “The Bread Project”.

Your donations will provide bread for the starving people in Yemen, Syria and Somalia. 18 million people in Yemen, 11.7 million in Syria and 2.3 million in Somalia need urgent humanitarian help. Crisis Aid aim to provide 1000 tonnes of flour to the 3 countries benefiting up to 7 million hungry people.

Prophet Muhammad (Peace & blessings of Allah be upon him) said:
“The best of you are those who feed others” (Ahmed)

Help me reach my goal of £300 for 1 Tonne of Flour, which will provide bread for 6,800 hungry people.

Gift Aid It!Add 25% more to your donation at no cost to you. A Gift Aid declaration allows Crisis Aid to claim tax back on eligible donations. It means that for every £1 you donate to Crisis Aid we can claim back 25p, at no extra cost to you.

I would like Crisis Aid to treat this donation, any donations I have made in the last 4 years and any future donations until I notify otherwise as Gift Aid donations. I understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in that tax year it is my responsibility to pay any difference.
