We are raising funds to build two solar panel water wells as a Sadaqah Jariyah in loving memory of Mohammed Shafiq Abdul Hakim – a father, brother, friend and beloved soul who returned to his Lord.
Each solar panel water well will serve an entire village-bringing clean, life-saving water to those who need it most, and every drop they drink will be a source of reward for our dear brother Mohammed Shafiq Abdul Hakim in the Hereafter, in-shā’-Allāh.
- 100 to 300 homes will directly benefit.
- Families, children and the elderly will no longer walk miles for water.
- It will support farming, cooking, cleaning and daily hygiene.
- Powered by sustainable solar energy, this well is built to last.

As the Prophet ﷺ said:
“When a person dies, all their deeds end except three: Ongoing charity, beneficial knowledge and a righteous child who prays for them.” (Muslim)
