AW supporting Luton NxtGeneration
It’s been a while since I did a hike fundraiser. This is a very unique local cause. It’s for your kids, nephews, grandkids and so on.
On Saturday 31st October 2026, Abdul-Wadud is taking on the NxtGen Cheddar Gorge Challenge — an approximately four-hour hiking challenge through one of the UK’s most spectacular landscapes, with climbs, uneven terrain and incredible views.
Supporting NxtGen Pathways
NxtGen is a fresh, new initiative built in Luton, dedicated to helping young people aged 14–25 prepare for their future. Careers are at the heart of NxtGen, along with helping young people develop a positive relationship with money.
The £15,000 raised by our 30 participants will help NxtGen create more opportunities for young people in Luton, including:
- Careers events and employer encounters
- Money and financial literacy programmes
- Workshops, mentoring and personal development
- Access to professionals, industries and opportunities
