Indeed, to Allah we belong and to Him we shall return.
We are raising funds to build a solar panel water well as a Sadaqah Jariyah in loving memory of Chaudhary Riaz Qadeer – a beloved father, brother, friend and man of kindness whose impact lives on in the hearts of many.
The following words are from his family, a tribute to the quiet strength, unwavering kindness, and deep love that shaped not only their lives, but the lives of so many others:
“Our father had a gentle strength — the kind that made you feel safe without a single word. He showed us that true kindness doesn’t seek attention; it simply shows up, again and again. Whether it was helping someone in need, standing by a friend during hard times, or offering quiet support through every struggle, he was always there. His unwavering care for his eldest son speaks volumes to this day.
His kindness was a gift — not just to our family, but to everyone lucky enough to cross his path. Even now, in moments of silence, we still feel it: in the lessons he left behind, in the way we treat others, in the love he gave so freely.
He was, and always will be, the kindest man we’ve ever known.”
The Solar Water Well will make a lasting impact:
- 100 to 300 homes will directly benefit.
- Families, children and the elderly will no longer walk miles for water.
- It will support farming, cooking, cleaning and daily hygiene.
- Powered by sustainable solar energy, this well is built to last.
