This is about backing our young people — giving them better access to careers, money knowledge, mentors, networks and opportunities. Helping them see further, aim higher and move forward with confidence.

On Saturday 31st October 2026, Muhit is taking on the NxtGen Cheddar Gorge Challenge — an approximately four-hour hiking challenge through one of the UK’s most spectacular landscapes, with climbs, uneven terrain and incredible views.
Supporting NxtGen Pathways
NxtGen is a fresh, new initiative built in Luton, dedicated to helping young people aged 14–25 prepare for their future. Careers are at the heart of NxtGen, along with helping young people develop a positive relationship with money.
The £15,000 raised by our 30 participants will help NxtGen create more opportunities for young people in Luton, including:
- Careers events and employer encounters
- Money and financial literacy programmes
- Workshops, mentoring and personal development
- Access to professionals, industries and opportunities
