How do I make a change to my regular donation?
If you would like to make a change to your regular donation or take a temporary break, please contact our Support Care Team at 0333 305 5000. (Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm). We will need to know the new amount you would like to donate or the month you would like us to start collecting your donation again.
How do I change the way Crisis Aid contacts me?
If you would like to change how we contact you in the future, please send us an email at [email protected] or call us at 0333 305 5000.
How do I change my address and bank details?
Please notify us as soon as you relocate or if your bank account information has changed. We advise that you do not email any banking details because we cannot guarantee security. Please contact our Support Care Team at 0333 305 5000 and they will gladly amend your donation information.
How do I donate via bank transfer?
If you would like to make a bank transfer donation to Crisis Aid, please use the account information provided below. As proof of payment, your bank will give you a receipt.

CHEQUES SHOULD BE MADE OUT TO: Crisis Aid. CHEQUES SHOULD BE SENT TO: Crisis Aid Unit 21, Progress Park, Ribocon Way, Luton, LU4 9UR. Any special instructions should be written on the back of the check.
