The Messenger (pbuh) said: “Whoever provides the food for a fasting person to break his fast with, then for him is the same reward as his (the fasting person’s) without anything being diminished from the reward of the fasting person.” At- Tirmidhi - 807

Asalaamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuuh,

Ramadhan Mubarak my dear brothers and sisters. In Shaa Allah you are all in the best of health and emaan.

Ramadhan is the blessed month of fasting for millions of Muslims around the world. We all eagerly await the time of Iftar to enjoy our evening meals with our families.

Unfortunately for many people in poorer countries, they fast on an empty stomach and have little or no food to break their fast with, Subhan’Allah.

Crisis Aid have done amazing work in Yemen, providing those in need with the basics and supporting the most vulnerable. In this blessed month of Ramadhan, Crisis Aid will continue distributing their Ramadhan Food Parcels to families in need in Yemen.

A donation of £30 will provide a Food Parcel which contains: 20kg Flour, 5kg Sugar, 5kg Rice, 1 1/2 Litres of Cooking Oil, Cans of Quaker Porridge Oats, Custard Powder Can, 1kg Dates, 6 x 200g Spaghetti.

This will comfortably last a family of six for one month In Shaa Allah.

Ramadhan is the time for us to reflect on our lives and think of those less fortunate than us. It’s the time to give with good intentions for the sake of Allah (swt). Your donation can save a life, provide a nutritious meal and bring happiness to a family during Ramadhan.
